"Okay so this was the 2nd IBIS we’ve stayed at in Mulhouse during our travels and by far the one needing some care and upgrades. I’m not expecting excellence with this hotel chain and to be fair the bed was comfortable and the water hot so basic needs met. It wasn’t the cleanest and the toilet seat was chipped. The wall colours were so depressingly decorated with a single red panel meant to brighten up the rooms. Breakfast was minimal ( compared for example with IBIS in Calais). The shop bought...

"Not bad accommodation. Conveniently located close to old town. Pillows were awful and main desk was unable find more because the service person had the day off. Also locked us out at 8pm. Had to ring offsite number to get a pin. Lucky we had phone service on holiday sim. All and all not bad but hard to recommend "

"My family and I stayed at this hotel while we were visiting a family member studying at the Uni. We were absolutely blown away by the accommodations. The staff was helpful and friendly. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate. The breakfast is excellent. It is right on the tram line, so we were able to travel all over Frieburg. It is right by a bakery, ice cream shop, drugstore, grocery store, an a couple of restaurants. When we are in Freiburg again, we will definitely stay here."
