"The hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is quite close to train station, the area is dirty and there are some homeless people around. We were not bothered from anyone during our stay. Just like any city you need to be smart and observant of your surroundings. The hotel has a great rooftop terrace that over looks the city. Incredible panoramic view. Overall this was a great hotel with very easy access to train station. "

We took a taxi a total of four times to get to the top of the hill. Three times it was 20 Euros. The fourth time the driver took us a longer way and it cost 26 Euros.
