"The property contact in Hotels.com was not up to date when I booked. Once I was given the proper contact of Des with CasaBella Estates, everything was smooth and communication was great. Really convenient to be able to walk to Walmart for anything you may have forgotten. I was able to make all of our meals here just with the 2 burner range. Great proximity to the beach to walk and catch a beautiful sunrise. "

The description of the unit and how it was described was actually less than what was included in the unit. We will plan to stay at Dawn925 in the future for a longer stay. "Overall we enjoyed our stay. There was no fitted sheet for the pull-out sofa bed. There are no blankets so bring your own. The pool was great. The balcony door didn't work right. The view was good though."

"My boys and i throughly enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Lair. It’s literally right on the beach. The balcony has a great view. Even caught sight of a dolphin swimming by. The condo is comfortable & cozy. The only slight negative is the property gets rowdy late in the week. Other than that it was a great stay. I’d book again. "

"Top Floor very last in row. Great view of the gulf to sit, drink a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise over the gulf. It was great to have a full oven with such a small kitchen. The mattress is very firm but we brought our own topper. Good location across from the fishing pier with bar on top. "
