"The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!"

"I absolutely loved Hotel Moderno. It was in a fabulous location, so close to shops, restaurants and other places of interest. The staff were friendly and check in was prompt and easy. The breakfast area was clean and organized and the food was varied, fresh, and appealing. This will be the first hotel I consider when I return to Madrid!"

"It's really nice and spacious apartment in central Madrid. Very close to shopping area (Gran Via) and also local Mercado San Anton. The entire stay was great, apartment is equipped with smart TV and full kitchen. Check in/out is also easy. The only downside and making this place earned 4 out of 5 stars only is the sofabed. It is probably old, and when you unfold the mattress, it sags or has a noticeable dent, making it uneven and uncomfortable to sleep on."
