"The hotel is conveniently located in the Malasana neighbourhood, a short walk from Plaza Espana. There is an underground station located just steps from the hotel. Very easy and convenient to get around. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only issues for us was that the room was extremely small, barely any room to turn. Also, there was no exhaust fan in the shower, so a room that small gets very humid and takes a while to dry."

"Some of the rooms are very isolated and the pillows are very uncomfortable to sleep with. The staff were quick and helpful and I liked the nice breakfast included. While the area is not the most charming one it is practical as it’s very close to downtown. "
