"We stayed overnight for the Eagles Superbowl parade. I was prepared for it to be a litttle bit of a nightmare knowing how many people would be in the city, however, everything went smoothly. The front desk staff had smiles on their faces, were friendly and checked us in without issue. The room was clean and comfortable. "I needed a place close to the LOVE sign. The hotel was easy to find and there was a parking lot where you could park for $47 for 24 hrs. The hotel has a deal w/ this garage to allow in/out, but I didn’t need it. I will definitely stay here again if I need to be in that neighborhood. OUTSTANDING customer service, too"

"Nice location. Easy to access. Front staff was helpful. Don’t do the breakfast option, just 25$ credit to their market or a microwaveable sandwich… just go downstairs to Starbucks. Has a more “club” feel with the music and front desk area but not in a good or bad way. Parking garages are all around but all super tight… drive a small car or take the train. Valet will only park small cars. "

"The facility was clean and comfortable, the location was excellent for our affair at the Reading Market, the room was spacious and well maintained. My only two small set backs were: don’t put water bottles in room with a $2.00 tag, after paying premium price it seemed an insult to me- either no water or no price tag. The other was the restaurant and bar on the 10th floor needs more help or something, it took a long time to get a drink with only a few people there and the drinks were pathetically small ( don’t want to get anyone in trouble but it was bad)"
