My only gripe was the cleanliness of the kitchen. Microwave was disgustingly dirty. Fridge had milk spills and had unidentifiable stuff. Repeatedly asked for dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets but was never given. No dining and bedroom lights, which they took 2 days to fix. Had to take the bulb from standing lamp to replace the bedroom...

"The hotel was in an excellant location and the tram stop directly ipposite the hotel making it easy to commute into the centre. There was some confusion at check in as the hotel advised we had 2 rooms booked but we only booked 1 room. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.The towels were changed daily.The breakfast was excellant we just had this 1 out of the 3 days we were there.If we visited aflgain we would be happy to stay here.It would be nice to have tea and coffee making...

"The hotel was located quite close to some attractions, like Prater for example. But it was also 5 minute walk to the underground for a 10 minute ride to the main area. The breakfast was nice."
