"When I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk didnt provide much information(Upon checkout I realized there was a little sheet in the room key envelope with a QR code that had info about the hotel). Despite that the room was clean and comfortable. The gym is small with some free weights missing but you can still get a small workout in. The pool was great with a view out onto the beach and lake. The breakfast buffet was standard and did the job. Coffee was quite good. Overall my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. You're right in the center of downtown Burlington. My two suggestions for the rooms would be blinds and waterbottles."

"Very lovely room, King Suite room and kitchen had plenty of space to feel like a comfy getaway. Hess Village and Art Gallery very close. First Ontario Centre and also a comedy club were options to check out. Breakfast was delicious, lots of comfortable seating available. The only thing I would mention for the people who are light sleepers, it is technically a downtown area so you do hear traffic noise throughout the night. I’m a deep sleeper so it didn’t bother me. "
