The service is good too as I asked them for help to print something and it was so quick and easy. What I love is the location as it is 2 mins away from the train station. "The vibe of the place is all beautiful and bright and airy. The views from the balcony are beautiful of Florence and the vibe on the little alley on the side with the cafes and bars was lovely. The room is airy and not super congested like other European rooms I stayed in. Bathroom is not bad just a tight shower. If you’re a bigger person, like me, please upgrade to a bigger room to have a more comfortable bath and room. Staff was fantastic and very quick to respond with anything missing. Andrei...
