"Great location and great people. This is not a 5-star resort, but it is in a 5-star location and is clean and grounds are beautifully maintained. Definitely an older resort that they have upgraded. Pool is small but great for young kids to play. We spend our days at the beach so we love it and will be back to Outrigger. "

We traveled with group and the spacious rooms made it possible to spend time together. The rooms were clean but the furnishings were dated. We had some minor maintenance issues but they were resolved quickly. Staff was friendly and the grounds were lovely."

"Very quiet culdesac right on the beach. Kaanapali beach is one of the best - walk for miles on perfect sand, and good snorkeling. Most low-rise buildings are set back quite a ways so you can't see the beach. Very helpful front desk staff and lobby has been fully renovated. Hotel was probably built in the 70s judging some popcorn ceilings. Rooms are probably a mixed bag depending what you get. Ours had an updated kitchen with real stone counters, but the bathroom had old tile shower with...

"This was an amazing property and everything we were hoping for. The customer service was outstanding. We especially liked the tiki bar restaurant and server Wend-Orrie. Our room was very well stocked, and we were able to get clean sheets and towels within minutes of asking. The pools and property were very well-maintained and manicured. I would be hard-pressed to stay anywhere else after this wonderful experience."

"Beautiful ocean front condo. In the beach, not across a busy street. Our 1 bedroom had two baths, a full kitchen and two balconies with 180 degree views of the ocean, Molokai and Lanai. Pool and spa were very nice when coming in from the ocean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of whales and turtles. On our first morning a turtle came up onto the beach in front of the condo."

"Very clean and friendly. The master bedroom having huge windows facing the ocean was a beautiful surprise. I would stay here again, however, the only thing missing, that would've made it a 5 star review, would be to add A/C to both bedrooms. It was very hot in the rooms at night. "
