"Wonderful stay in a fabulous location. Our host drove down to the main parking lot and picked us up along with our bags so we didn’t have to climb the stairs. She was lovely - providing a map with where to go/what to do and where to eat. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of local pastries and fresh juice and delicious cappuccinos. Everything was perfect - would definitely recommend a visit to gorgeous Ragusa. "

"It is a five minute walk from the bus station. A taxi ride to Ragusa Ibla costs 10 Euros. The staff are kind, but the hotel needs revamping. Breakfasts are pathetic, but this is generally the case all over Sicily and Italy. "

"Unique colour of building. I asked who I believe was the manager if they did food. Yes came the reply, “what time” I asked, “I don’t know, 7.00, 7.30, no - 8.00” Are there any restaurants nearby the are open at 6.30 to 7.00 - “I don’t know” Are there any in Pozzallo? - “yes, but don’t know any of them” Room was dark and unwelcoming. Facilities on offer are bettered by most guest houses and simple bed and breakfasts. Never is this a 3 star hotel - avoid - you have been warned."
