"Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel common areas, breakfast bar, and room were very clean. We loved this part of our stay! However, the hotel pool was incredibly cloudy. We were unable to see the bottom of the pool and hair was throughout the water. This did bring the rating of the hotel down due to the condition of the pool and pool area. It desperately needed a deep cleaning. "

With a hotel of that magnitude it should be able to afford decent mattress's, other than that it was great! Also maybe a remodel and adding a hot tub. "This was very clean from parking garage to lobby to room. Breakfast was amazing and had many options even for the vegan in our family. The front desk helped us out questions about the area and even provided a tooth brush for the forgetful one. The only small hiccup that we had was there was no soap or shampoo in our shower...after a long day, we were ready to clean up and sleep. Great experience, we would recommend and stay here again."

"I recommend this hotel as a safe clean place to stay. The staff was friendly and polite. I only had one minor gripe. Housekeeping missed our room one day. It could have been because we slept late with a do not disturb sign in the door, but even after we left in the afternoon, no one came to take out our trash. This was a minor glitch, as everyone and everything else was vey nice. I will definitely stay at this place in the future, should the need arise. "
