"I didn’t really like having to leave my shoes at the front and use public slippers, the bathroom was useful but a bit cramped and the cooler/heater was hard to get the right temperature in the room. But I really liked the hot tub onsen and the staff were mostly friendly. "

"The property is newly-furnished & we stayed at the 1st floor Japanese Tatami room - it was sparkling clean & the only downside of this property is not located at the Shirahama center but within 10 mins of driving. Highly recommended for those who self-drive!"

"温泉とバーは最高でした。和食の料理頂きましたが満足もでき美味しかったです。 プールは印象より小さかったのですがプールの温度調整もしてて居心地がよかったです。 一階のオーシャンビューに宿泊しましたが、窓からの景色生えてる木とかであんまり海が見えなかったのが残念でした。 夜になるとレンストラン・バーからの夜の景色が全くなくて外の照明ちょっとあってもいいかなって思いました。 全体的にサービスと雰囲気が最高で満足出来ました。"

"Property was decent, but is in need of some renovation (which it appears they are doing right now). The staff is friendly and accommodating (very few speak English, but they try their best). The hotel is short taxi ride from many areas, including Tanabe. They have a vendor selling fresh oranges in the lobby, which was a nice surprise."

And special event on weekend. Will come again. Highly recommended. Just a suggestion to improve the food quality in the buffet. "

"Needs many updates. Bed was like a cardboard box. Outdoor tub was dirty, and situated precariously beneath an air condensor. No views from room. Elevators can barely hold 2 people with small bags. "
