The staff were very friendly and could communicate in simple English as well as Mandarin. The hotel was also very clean and basic items were provided (shampoo, body soap, toothbrush). The only issue I had was not being able to control the temperature of the water for bathing (but I wasn't able to ask the staff for help as there are only staff at the concierge at specific timings). Overall still a great stay, especially because it is near to the beach and dining options (and supermarket)!

2階より上が土禁というのは新鮮でしたが、部屋に砂を持ち込まないようにするためという説明に納得しました 玄関には足洗い用の設備もあったり、浜辺直近ながら館内を綺麗に保つような努力をされているのが伝わりました

目の前にはファミマがあり、その横を抜けたらすぐ白良浜です。滞在中に地震があり、津波の影響が心配されましたが、オーナーの方が避難についての説明をきちんとして下さいました。
