"Payment was commensurate to the room i got. TARI the receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. Location is walking distance to the entrance and along the way are shops for religious articles and restaurants. Safe to walk as the street to the hotel is frequented with people who are also on pilgrimage. "

"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

There was no reception and only my name on a board to tell me which apartment I was in. The room had a well stocked kitchen but had no bedding. This should have been made clear at the time of booking. As a result my stay was not particularly comfortable. I was also expected to clean the room before I left. "The location is great. Carpark was close by and free. But unfortunately they were the only positives. Bed linen and towels were not provided. Despite no mention of this when booking. But most disappointing was the cleanliness."
