"Good accommodation in a pleasant neighborhood close to Boca Chica. Some people of the staff not always as nice as the lady of the breakfast and the reception guy. Some improvements could be done so it is a bit nicer to chill on the property:) but overall good stay and definitely recommended!!"

"The property was very well located, excellent Dominican restaurant just walking distance. Also, the malecón was just 5mins walking distance too. Breakfast is included and is great, they have a beautiful salon in the premises which is very convenient. I highly recommend this boutique hotel if you want to be far from the noisy nightlife. Price is very affordable. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortables."

"It was a beautiful place and wonderful staff, but the “upgrade” to have access to the lounge is not worth it. We were told there were 24 hour complimentary snacks, but there aren’t. If you miss the short window where snacks are provided there is nothing there but an apple. "

"I am a repeat guest of the Gran hotel Europa. The hotel is clean. The staff are attentive to your needs. The hotel is located near Calle Conde - there are some excellent restaurants nearby. The rooftop breakfast is terrific and there is a panoramic view of Santo Domingo. The hotel is in the historic Zona Colonial and you can walk to several nearby attractions.
