"Great place and location everything is pretty close. Great ac and everything was pretty new and organized. They only few things I would change is better lights in the bathrooms better frying pans or bring your own and no hot water just barely warm. Otherwise it was great!!"

"I would never use this facility or luxury hotel ever and I would not recommend him. This day was awful. I think they even lost my reservation. I had to pay out of my pocket to get another room and still have to get a refund"

"We enjoyed our stay and were taken care of with each request. Chalton and the Tropicasa team were awesome and made us feel at home. We enjoyed being within walking distance to the beach and the local shops and supermarkets. It is a great place for families and to relax."

"I didn't stay after i discovered the insect infestation. But vrbo is giving me a hard time ro process my full refund. "

"I would like to say that as a super host it’s very important to respond in a timely manner which this host lacks. It was hard to see the name of the place since there are palm trees covering the name of the tower. Then the apartment needs fixing as it has water damage on the ceilings. It’s important to keep a place presentable and safe. I honestly did not like this apartment is not geared towards the needs of guests. Communication is very important especially when traveling to another country."
