It improved.the room temperature control was fault, sometimes it switched off by itself for I trains. Overall it’s nice room. "

"This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The first time we visited the East Lancashire Railway, this time we had an event at the AO arena in Manchester. It’s a 7 minute drive into Bury. Park at the metro station and into Manchester. Staff friendly and welcoming. Hotel is modern, the showers are great. The family room is spacious. Plenty of spaces in the car park. We will come back and stay here again. "

"Perfect location for the IWM North and Coronation Street Experience. Lots of good restaurants nearby and with easy level walking distance. Car park was convenient and reasonably priced. Superior king on 6th floor had good views and very comfy bed and pillow menu. Shower was spacious and powerful. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality.All in all a comfortable stay. Only downside was one of the two lifts wasn't operational meaning a bit of a wait during busy times."
