The staff are great and helpful and we always enjoy staying, the gym/pool experience was a little disappointing with no towels because the attendant had to stay to monitor children. "I recently stayed at this hotel with my father. This was part of a trip to go to Wembley in London, and was the first trip we had taken since my mother (my father’s wife) passed away. The service we received was unbelievably good. I have never received such good service from a hotel or from a member of staff such as from the person working on reception (I think their name was medina/medima). They are a credit to Marriot. I wanted to say thank you for helping us have a good weekend away to help...

"Great stay! Room was lovely, food was amazing (definitely recommend going half board!). The hotel is large and impressive and is a great place for a night away. The only thing which could have improved our stay was the swimming - we went to the children swimming slot but it was far too overcrowded for the size of the pool and the changing rooms and there is no one keeping control of this meaning children and adults are continuously bombing into the pool near little ones, and lots of families...
