"So glad we found this gem! I reserved a room with a view of the canal, and it was totally worth it. I liked how central the property was. Overlooking the canal meant that it was a bit loud in the evening as there is a patio restaurant/bar just below, but it was very manageable. Staff was pleasant and helped us navigate the area and gave suggestions. I appreciated that the front desk was staffed 24 hours, and there was secure entry with a room key from outside. "I stayed one night at the hotel in Padua, looking back, I think I should have booked two or three, so that I could get a better experience of the Veneto. Parts of the hotel seemed like an escape room, because my bedroom was located towards the rear. I was told that I had to take two elevators to get to my room, as it was in the back of the hotel. Part of it was under refurbishment, so I had to take one elevator up, and go to the other side of the hotel (4 minutes walk through two hallways)...
