"The hotel, rooms and staff were magnificent. I spend a lot of time in hotels and this was really fantastic. The highlight was the size and configuration of the suite, but most importantly having a log fire with all the wood, firelighters etc provided. It was fun. The staff were excellent, the only area for improvement was the main restaurant. "DO NOT BOOK HERE! The experience could not be worse. There is no motel! I was shown some pictures before I book but it was all just lies. Apparently, there is just some houses around Waterloo and they rent out the dirty empty rooms in those houses. They texted me before I get there and changed the address even though I had reservations. They are just a bunch of thieves in my opinion.
