"The property was easy to find but the room took a minute. We had to drive around and figure out where the pool was and what it was called. A map would make it easier to find. The condo was gorgeous and very spacious. The second bedroom air wasn’t working and it was VERY hot in that room. I called on our second day to get it fixed and no one ever called me back or came to try and fix it. My son ended up sleeping terribly because of the heat. "I enjoyed my visit very much until I got a phone call asking if I had taken a bird house from the property. I was disgusted and very upset. I would never steal. I was driving when I got the call and could hardly hear what she was saying. It made my 5 hr drive very anxious. I called back when I got to my destination and had to leave a message requesting I get a call back. No one has ever called me back. "The cottage itself was cute and if properly cleaned and maintained it would have been wonderful. The floor/tiles in one bathroom were loose, in the other bathroom the floor felt "squishy" and there were multiple broken/cracked shelves in the shower. Two of the burners on the stove did not work and when using the stove/oven there was smoke. The window when opened to alleviate the smoke would not stay open. This property allows pets and unfortunately their cleaning and repairs do not keep up with...
