"We are actually owners at this time share, but we were in a different unit not ours. As always we loved our stay at Sea Scape. As owners we notice a few things that needed attention, but staff are always helpful & friendly. As it is the off season & we were only there for the weekend it was very quiet & not at all crowded. This is an older property but it doesn't feel that way & they are constantly making little updates & changes where they can to keep it up to date. Definitely recommend it...

"The townhouse was very nice with a few exceptions listed below. Shower handle needs tightened, mold in the laundry room ceiling, fourth step on the second floor has a screw head sticking up if you step on it with all your weight, and lastly the matress is appalling you didn’t skimp on any other detail in the townhouse please invest in the thing people will spend the most of there vacation in!!!"

"I loved staying here! There was plenty of room for my 3 kids and my husband and me. You had a peekaboo view of the ocean from the master bedroom and listen to the waves as you slept. There are grocery stores and plenty to do right in the area. It was central to go up the outer banks and down the outer banks. The communication with the company was excellent. They went above and beyond! Very happy"

"We booked Hatteras Heaven for a family getaway and everything was amazing. We found plenty of things to do in the area and enjoyed our evenings on the porch taking in the ocean view. The sounds of the waves crashing was just what we needed. Great condo that included everything we needed. Highly recommend the fish tacos at Buxton Munch. Definitely worth the drive. "

"This property was perfect for our stay in the Outer Banks. We'd planned for 4 nights but liked it so much that we added a 5th. This adorable condo has 2 BRs and 2 BAs. The BRs are on opposite ends of the condo which is perfect. Between them is a wonderfully open kitchen, dining area, and living room. The impression is of a comfy hang out and lounging space. And it's bright. Even on a cloudy day, this corner unit gets great light. There is a sliding glass door from living room to private...
