"Lifts were very good staff on the whole excellent although not having our room service till we ask at 4.30 pm why it wasn’t done then they only changed the towels with a bit of a giggle let the hotel down also not being told till we arrived that parking was in a ncp car park down the road !!!! "

"We had a great couple of days at the Dean court hotel Staff were friendly and location was fantastic. My only grumble is that we were given a room without a window which meant that the room was very hot through the night ."

"The staff was really friendly and the room was lovely, the bed could have fit 4 grown adults in it and im on the chunky side, so plenty of space, lovely wolk in shower, and no need to worry if you've forgotten your, showe gel/shampoo/condition as they have bottle despensers full in the bath room waiting for you, the parking is gated with a code for safe secure parking up to 1pm even aftr check out so was able to leave the car while we went site seeing and then come back and drive back hom."

"We stayed in The Studio. This is across the street from the main hotel (Be careful crossing the road as it is typically busy). The Studio has a small lounge with TV, a small adjoining kitchenette and a metal spiral staircase leading up to a double bedroom with TV and an adjoining bathroom. We enjoyed our stay. "Staff could not do enough for us. Breakfast very good. We left car and used taxis to get back and forth into York… worked well no fuss with traffic or parking then. Good location but not if you want to walk as it’s on the outskirts but knew that. I’d stay again"
