"Upon arrival, room was prepped with one towel although the reservation was for two individuals. The towel was dirty and stained. "Overall we had a pleasant stay. When we arrived they could not find our reservation, this does not surprise me because it was hard booking a room online or getting someone to respond to my emails. On lake Naivasha with boat tour facilities. Hells Gate Park is very close. Excellent access to all facilities.
