"Property is at a serene place. Grace was fantastic with communication. Keep the good job. The only con is that they don't have a backup power Incase the power goes off. Try to fix this as some of your clients would be working remotely and highly dependant on electricity and internet."

"What a great place! A lot of historic charm and wildlife on the grounds - the staff were amazingly kind and gracious. Reception team was warm and welcoming. Excellent hot showers. In passing conversation, my husband mentioned that the Lake Naivasha Country club was where he proposed to me 25 years ago. The operations manager Danep somehow noted this and a few hours later at dinner arranged to have a beautiful cake made that said "marry me again". It was such a thoughtful touch! We will definitely be back!"
