"Phenomenol service! I am so grateful- on our last day we lost cell phone in a taxi. We do not speak mandarin and the concierge and front desk were able to retrieve the phone from a taxi/uber. I highly recommend their facility. I like the modern looking rooms. Top notch service- everyone greeted us daily from the front desk to the bell boy. There was also an easy self check in and check out counter. We will return and stay again. "

"The hotel is extremely comfortable. It has numerous cafes and eateries around it. The mrt station is also nearby. The breakfast is basic, it would benefit from more variety and freshly cut fruits. Nonetheless the staff are very friendly."

"The worst buffet we ever had at KI-A-BIN-SAN. Not good selection of food. The beef was cold, very raw, and chewy. Pork lion was so so. For about $27 person, we just ate the shumai dumplings. The lady demanded payment in the middle our eating."

"Stayed with my family in Taipei for 4 days. Around 10 mins walk from the train station. The hotel is quite new. We stayed in a tripe bed room. The room is spacious and we like there’s enough space for us to put our luggages and personal belongings. Also the toilet and bathroom is separated which is very convenient. There’s a water dispenser on each floor so we don’t need to buy bottles of water. Staff and friendly and very helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends who will be...
