"For what I paid for one night, it was good value. The motel is decades old, but has been renovated and the room was comfortable, clean and we had a good night's sleep. It's on a main road, so a bit noisy but okay after 10 pm. The pool and grounds were perfect. It's very well taken care of. We were asked for $100 deposit which they charged me for immediately. "RSL is across the road, and the meaks were great. Found a cafe in the morning less than 5 min walk. Place was clean, and the aircon was positioned well for the hot weather we experienced. We liked to walk and the walk ways took us to the sea side in about 2km. We didn't have time to use the good sized swimming pool, but it was inviting. The place is older than some, but is clean and not run down. It is a comfy stay for a good price and it is convenient to shopping centres and eateries. "
