Property was great for our family of 4. Property manager on duty was very helpful and allowed us to check in couple of hours early for no extra charge which was much appreciated. Overall a great experience

It was good. The place was modern, very clean, Good appliances. The place wasnt super fancy but for a rental it was very nice to stay at. Very happpy with our stay. Only quarral is the front gate at night the place to scan the NFC was very convoluted and should be clearer.

The property was in a good position - however the air conditioner did not work and it was extremely hot. We notified the manager and their response was “I thought that had been fixed” so they knew it wasn’t working - we were given a couple of fans but they didn’t really do anything as you can’t open the windows or doors as they don’t have any flyscreens. There was no mention of the air con not working at check in. More than happy to take the large amount of money but not deliver on the services. I left feedback on checkout form but heard nothing. Extremely disappointed with the stay very uncomfortable inside the unit. Could not recommend staying here.

What a fabulous stay. My whole family loved it. Staff were amazing and the apartment was very ckean and felt homely. Shops were so close and free undercover parking. Great security at the complex.

I came up to QLD with my best friend for 4 nights. Immediately after arriving to the stay, we fell in love! Communication with reception was seamless and effective, the building itself was beautiful, clean and had an amazing view. Other residents were lovely and very welcoming! We enjoyed being so close to the outlet shops that we’re walking distance and absolutely adored our apartment that generally felt like a home a way from home - bonus is how beautiful and relaxing the area is as well! Would definitely book again and recommend this stay to absolutely everyone!

The property has 5 blocks of units. I was not at the address I booked online. Very deceiving. Check-in process difficult & confusing. Dont ask me how to access the swimming pool, i wasnt told or given a map of the exit points. Wouldn't trust to book this property again.

Staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Overall the property was well presented, clean and quiet. The only minor inconvenience was, there weren’t few essential items in the kitchen, i.e., paper towels, baking paper, lids for microwave and the frying pan.

First time staying at the apartments but firm believer that we will definitely be returning. From pre arrival greetings to when landing in country after hours assistance made the trip. Traveling with three young kids perfect layout and safe. Location great access to Harbor town and theme parks it was a no brainer. The kids bravely tried the pool im sure its more refreshing in summer.

We didn’t like , that there was only 2 towels , for 2 adults, every day, had wash and dry towels, no extra blankets, it was cold of an evening. Sat morning the lawn mower started at 7 , and again today , so the chance of a lay in, was impossible.
