We had two apartments; they were brilliantly located, extremely functional and clean - which is exactly what we needed them to be. The only issue I had was that people were smocking outside by the entrance of the building just below my room window. Had to shut the window as smoke was coming in the room. Need to have a designated smocking area away from the rooms."
