"I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Kansas City! The staff were so welcoming. I loved the decor and how pet-friendly the hotel is. I was traveling with my dog and they gave her some fun swag. The bed and pillows were also so comfortable. 10/10 experience overall. I will add though that the property opened several weeks ago so there are still some kinks that need to be worked out (slow WiFi, not all TV channels worked, fridge in the lobby not fully stocked, etc). "My only complaint is that the walls are thin- we could hear the laughter, sounds, and conversations of the people next to us and I don’t think it’s because they were loud. They were up till 3am or so. I think they could try to separate big groups from being next door smaller ones that don’t know each other. "
