"Loved this spot mainly because of the great customer service. I wanted to visit this port town and it wasn’t too far from the JR Abashiri station. The staff was really friendly and helped us get a taxi going back to the station and also helped me find where to get a souvenir doll from the town. The room was nice. "Very good location in the heart of Shari. Excellent staff and service. Breakfast buffet is ok, supermarket down the street is fairly well stocked. Easy access to all the sights on the Shiretoko Peninsula. Only negatives are the small room and hard pillows, otherwise a great place to stay."
