"Clean, spacious and comfortable room.The only annoyance for me was that couldn’t get the shower water temperature to a comfortable level, ended up taking almost a cold shower. I regret I had to leave in a hurry and didn’t have the chance to let the concierge know. Otherwise it was a good experience "

"The Gould is a great Boutique hotel in the center of Seneca Falls with plenty of free parking and easy access to walk around to many sites. The only thing that was a negative was the mattress was pretty bad and it was very tough sleeping because of that."
