"Property quite 'dated' but clean. Reception staff proffessional and polite. My room had all amenities including a microwave, iron, proper hair dryer etc and the little balcony was a bonus. Everything available in walking distance, shops, eateries,public transport. "

Even though its located centrally, the room is very quiet and has comfy beds for a good night sleep. I definitely would love to come back. "

"Neat and tidy inside & outside. Staff accommodating & friendly. Had an issue which was quickly resolved and got free upgrade Handy & close to train station & small shops for any needs.. Train tracks near so light sleepers may have trouble sleeping. "

"Very nice motel. Extremely clean rooms and a great little pool. Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it. On the downside, the tiny fridge was cold but would not make any attempt to freeze a half bottle of water overnight. "

"Recently renovated rooms look good. Comfy beds, clean, friendly staff. The pub attached to it is also nice, clean, cool beer garden, and the kebab shop is a plus. Near Warwick Farm and Liverpool train stations. We stayed the night to go see the SYD fireworks, price was fair and it was an easy trip to the city by train. I’d definitely recommend it "
