"Generally ok, staff were hospitable and helpful. But, the manager Mrs Rinie was unfriendly as she was harassing my sister who stayed in another room about the extended hour that we requested and threatening her. "Booked family room that fits 5 people. 2 x queen beds and 1 x single bed. It’s good value for family and meet basic needs. Lots of eatery surrounding. But the room has ants and the air conditioning perhap is not very clean as i sneeze a lot in the room but not outside, so that’s the reason i give 3-4 star review. However the hotel does meet basic need for rest and recharge."
