Minor things, the pools and grounds were very nice though and we spent more time outside anyways."

We had teenagers with us and they loved that freedom and convenience of walking to these activities. The Check-In process was easy enough. We booked two units and requested to be together. "It’s a ground floor unit but a short walk for coffee in the cabana overlooking the ocean. The unit itself is wonderful, upgraded and clean. It has everything needed to be comfortable and enjoyable."

"Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us."

"The location was excellent. You could walk out to multiple shopping and dining options. Our unit was well furnished in kitchen and beach acutriments. The bed was not comfortable. And putting a sqishy piece of foam on a mediocre matress does not help. Sheets and coverings lumped up and slid around. And a small item, but for this price you shouldnt need to but TP. But overall we liked it. Beach chairs, coolers, swim fins, beach towels all there."
