They booked excellent car and walking tours for us, and also provided solid advice on restaurants and getting around. The hotel is in a great location, but you’ll need to be able to walk up and down the long flight of stairs—which is pretty typical for Havana. "The landlord and staff were amazing and became my friends. I needed looking after as i was ill and had lost my luggage. They went above and beyond to do what they could and make sure i was ok and provide me with essentials. The casa is amazing too. So don't even think... book this. It's right in the centre of the old town and is a lovely place to stay too. I was sad to leave. "
