Pyjamas & quality toiletries were provided but no moisturiser. Hotel was very rigid with check-in time. "Really great value! We reserved for our family (5) and the 5th bed (pullout couch) was already made with sheets and everything. We had 4 full size beds. This hotel is only 2-3 min from the station. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We chose the option with breakfast (buffet style), and we loved the breakfast, too. My favorite was mini-melon-pan (bread) and there were many choices for food for breakfast, both Japanese and western style cuisine. I definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The staff provided the 'Superb' service. I stayed at the annex building which was a bit dated but totally clean for 4 weeks. I had access to sauna, washing machine, dryer, kitchen sink, microwave, ice machine & Free breakfast. It took me 11 minutes to walk to Goryōkaku where I could enjoy viewing the cherry blossom & I loved it. I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever have the chance to visit Hakodate again during cherry blossom season, I will not hesitate to book this hotel again. "

"I was so pleasantly surprised by what was offered. I booked an overnight stay on my way to Sapporo. I had no experience with this chain and expected an average service/facility. For one night, I didn't mind. However, the staff were organised and welcoming. Unlike similar hotel chains, they had four lifts to take guests up and down. Everywhere was super clean. More importantly, the room was spacious and very comfortable. All facilities were new, and every item in the room was organised logically to make it easy to use. Overall, a very positive experience."
