"The services I have got there are so much beyond the standard of service in many 5 stars hotels I have stayed. The crew is very attentive and work hard to fix any small issues - I was waiting for food for maybe a few minutes longer than expected and the manager approached acknowledging it was late and offering me a free beer - I haven’t complained or anything! They are taking good care of the place. If there is one thing I didn’t like is the surrounding area, but that’s the price to pay and stay...

"The staff couldn’t be more welcoming and friendly! Was so happy with the convenience of being near a Coop and the restaurant/bar nearby. Was able to have a delicious meal there one evening. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything I needed. There wasn’t any noise from the other rooms apart from the doors slamming occasionally. The hotel in general was very quiet. Am definitely booking to stay here again whilst I am working in the area. Very happy! "

"Room for four was simple but all that we needed. Clean and comfortable beds and good working condition bathroom. Hanger/wardrobe space and tea/coffee/fridge facilities. We were able to store our luggage in the luggage room on day of arrival and departure, though the tagging system isn’t very efficient and is left for customers to do themselves so I wouldn’t trust leaving valuable items there. Our room was in the basement which was unfortunately extremely noisy each morning with other guests...

"Very convenient for the 02 Arena because I had concerts but I didn't understand why they weren't cleaning my room, even though I was out of the room before 10am! Not sure if there is a new policy! "

"A very nice stay. About 10 minutes walk to either Pilmico Train Station or Victoria. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast buffet. Mostly, a very nice and professional staff."
