"I'd have given this hotel an excellent review but for the noise from a heat pump that clattered during the night. The noise seemed to reverberate around the courtyard that the hotel backed onto. It wasn't the hotel's fault and there probably wasn't much they could do about it but being noise sensitive, it wasn't great. In every other respect, the hotel was lovely. The staff were extremely helpful, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great. "

"Check in was a breeze. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Location is very good with a big supermarket 5 minutes away. There is also line 3 underground metro 8 minutes away which gives easy access to the whole city. The room is a bit small but very clean and comfortable. The commuting is straightforward but you have to take a bus to monza then train to central milan the ride it's cheaper commuting that way and it was easy.
