"this is a humble hotel, no mini-fridge, no microwave, and no breakfast. The desk clerk was vaping while she was sitting there. Not a lot of dining options nearby. Park across the street is quite unkempt, but I felt safe walking to the metro."

"Absolutely horrible customer service. After a long trip we arrived at hotel late at 1.30am. They charged us 10euro for late check in and charged for child but only gave us twin beds for a family of 3. The guy on the desk was very rude. They gave us twin bed when we expected a double bed. The bathroom had a really bad smell. I would avoid this hotel at all cost. "

"We loved this hotel, only 20 minutes walk or 2 stops on metro from milano centrale station and you get a superb apartment with very modern features. We only booked the standard room but it was still excellent, relatively spacious and with an outstanding bathroom. Staff were great."

"Booked this hotel on the strength of the view and the view did not disappoint. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the spoken English is good. Snacks/appetizers provided with our beers before the evening meal were excellent. Our room was large with a spacious and modern shower room. Evening meal and breakfast satisfactory neither poor nor spectacular. There is no pavement, the hotel exits straight onto the main road, which is close to a bend so care required when crossing to the car...
