"Absolutely horrible customer service. After a long trip we arrived at hotel late at 1.30am. They charged us 10euro for late check in and charged for child but only gave us twin beds for a family of 3. The guy on the desk was very rude. They gave us twin bed when we expected a double bed. The bathroom had a really bad smell. I would avoid this hotel at all cost. "

Snacks/appetizers provided with our beers before the evening meal were excellent. Our room was large with a spacious and modern shower room.
