"I booked this property kind of last minute and in a rush that i did not realize that they requested 48 hour advance notice for the arrival time. There isnt a front desk. When we arrived at the property and went through the doors I knew that i needed to look at the check-in instructions. At that moment, I saw that they needed advance notice. I was able to call the number listed and the host picked up after a few rings. I informed her of our arrival and she said someone would meet us in 15 min....

We had to sleep 3 people in one bad to get warmed since the temperature in the room was around 16 C. "Lots of information sent in advance about the building and all it and the area around it offers which was nice .Very close to Milano Central and area at Milano Central where the airport buses pick up . We were greeted and given instructions on using the key fob to enter and exit . We were shown to our room which included some welcome snacks and water and even toothbrushes and toothpaste! The room was much larger than I expected and very nice .Pleasant experience- would definitely stay here...
