"The room, large and clean with comfortable bed, nice clean bathroom. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was good, breakfast cooked to order and lots of choice. The location of the Hotel is great for Shaftesbury town, a 12 minute walk takes you to the centre. We really liked it. We didn’t use the pool but it looks nice, although it seemed to be constantly used by locals mainly. Overall very happy "

"Our stay was lovely. The hotel was very comfortable, from the quality of sheets to the scent of soap, all of the little things were very well done. Hotel Indigo was close to everything we wanted to do and we had a wonderful time."

"For the price it was good value as breakfast included. The second days cooked breakfast much better as hot and all items well cooked. I would suggest the hotel has a small fridge with cheddar cheese on sale. Also am adult entry just for the cave. Area very quiet abd Wells near by. "

"I was very pleased with the roomI had booked. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. A tiny drawback was limited hot water from the wash basin. However the building is an old one and there was a notice advising if the hotel was busy I may have to wait a short time for hot water so I did not mind this. A shower next morning was great. Breakfast was good too. The gentleman on Reception was excellent, informative and extremely hee Royal when I return to Bath in the future. Thank you."

"Was perfect for our one night stay. We’d booked a treat dinner in bath, at Menu Gordon Jones - highly recommend - and this spot was great for driving in and out of bath. Everything was great, didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment. Only downside is the property is a bit noisy, can hear every footstep from upstairs and we were situation on ground floor near the ladies bathroom, so could hear the hand dryer every time I got used.
