"This is a lovely beachfront property. My husband and I stayed in the Stingray cabana and it was perfect. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and it was nice having the option of leaving windows open so we could hear the crashing waves or turning on the AC if the humidity was high. The staff was fantastic. Thank you!"

"Bocawina is well run. They cater to customer needs without being pushy. Their staff are all local and they try to find other guides if necessary to fit your desires for your vacation. The property is very attractive and clean. We had no problems with bugs in the room. Overall, a very nice place."

The family that opened this little resort was so kind and put so much thought into the design. You can feel that there was so much thought and love put in every detail from the special design all the way down to the key change for the rooms. The views the rooms are incredible. You are just a few steps from the beach. We enjoyed the kayaks...

"I loved the location of Julia's Cabanas, and also cabana #6 which we stayed in. The cabanas are pretty basic, but also had all things needed such as air conditioning, refrigerator, etc. Shelly was fantastic and helped with anything needed - she's a true asset to the property !! One thing that would be great is if they had more comfortable lounge chairs on the beach and or some nice cushions to make the lounge chairs more comfortable. "
