The Treehouse was clean but smaller than we expected and it was unpleasant without A/C. The listing does say no A/C so no fault of the owner. "Awesome place easy to get to. We got in latd after delays at airpirt, but arrived and do easy getting into place. Much more thdn we needed gor just the 2 of us. Bezchftont was awesome, lits of pkaces neaf by to wslk yo gor food and groceries Love the traveling duck. Only thing I could add that was needed would of been nuce to have lounge chairs for the beach. Will definitely stay here again."

The area is safe and quiet; it was close enough to Placencia (town) without being too crowded. We were able to make a few day trips to interesting sites, so the location was excellent. The owners provide lots of helpful information, and so many thoughtful touches (like beach towels) and supplies (such as cabinets filled with items left by other travelers, everything from sunscreens and bug sprays to canned tuna and vodka!) that you are free to use. "The house is the perfect size for a small family. 2 Queen beds and the kitchen has all the amenities you could want. It’s right by the grocery store, beach, and Placencia Beach club. If you’re looking for a place to hang out with food, swim up bar, beach and pool the Placencia beach club is only 2 blocks away. Also 10 minutes to town with multiple restaurants along the way.
