"It’s not fancy but perfect for us. Walking distance to shops, more formal hotels and a great coffee shop. ABC grocery store walking distance. Catholic Church, library and postal walking distance. Short drive to Safeway & Walmart. Small beach short walk. Snorking shirt drive. 2 bedroom townhouse style out with big deck, 2 bathrooms & kitchen. Ocean view from 2 A. Onsite events. Nice pool areas. Pretty layout. "

"The grounds are pretty and the view from the tide pool and "beach" is beautiful. Unit is like being at ABNB. Condiments in frig, foil, plastic wrap, etc in cabinets. We had a great 3 day stay and would stay again. Only issue was mold in the shower, which I wiped off with a clorox wipe and the air conditioner must be timed because it would default back to 78 after 12 hrs. It also shut off and fan ran but it was 80 degrees over night until I turned it off and back on again. Then it started cooling...

"The apartment was great. The location was great. The only thing that hurt my rating on this stay is the bed. It is the worst bed I have ever slept on. There was at least a four inch dip in the middle. I would wake up every morning with my back killing me. Sleep was hard to find because it felt like I was sleeping on a slope. "Location is excellent and it’s always wonderful to be right on the ocean front in Kona. The property was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with needed supplies. Unfortunately it is not air conditioned which wasn’t a big problem for us because trade winds were blowing but I suspect it could be if that were not the case. "This property backed up to a beautiful spot on the Ocean. It was further down the road from shopping, which allowed for the area to be quieter. The property itself was outdated. Our room was dirty (stains on pillows, towels, and bed sheets...dishes were not so clean, and the floor was dirty). "

This is a very well-equipped condo with every little thing you might need from reuseable containers to after sun lotion to a starter kit of laundry detergent. "一人旅で利用しました ハワイ島には年に2、3回行くのですが、今まで泊まったコンドミニアムの中でも上位クラスです 1番は景色の良さ写真では伝えきれないほどの景色に爽やかな風を感じることが出来ます コンドミニアム迄のルートもアリイドライブ沿いで分かりやすくレンタカーでの移動は楽でした 駐車場も止めやすく申し分のない広さ、満車で止めれない事は一度も有りませんでした 入室方法も分かりやすく安心しました 部屋にエアコンは無いですが暑がりでは無い私にはファンのみで充分です プールは広くは無いですが日光浴スペースは充分に有ります 強いて言うなら施設にはエレベーターが無いので階段での荷物運びくらいでしょうか？ とても素敵な時間を過ごせました"
