The Expedia description of the hotel is misleading since it states achat Hotel Frankfurt Airport, whereas my cab driver stated that he didn’t know an achat hotel Frankfurt Airport and took me to the Hyatt. After some excitement, he ended up taking me to Langen to the achat hotel and charged me €65."

"I left a bag with my passport and wallet on the shuttle bus and the driver stayed at the airport so I could retrieve it 20 minutes later. Super service and saved my day. "

"Before leaving this review I read a few of the negative reviews of others. Some had decent things to say and some were just rude and expecting 5 star treatment in a 3 star place. This is a no frills hotel. You get what you pay for. Nothing fancy. And that is okay!! These hotels rooms are basic not for hanging out in all day. There are lots of things to do around the hotel so go explore!! Hotel am zoo is in a very convenient location. Close to coffee shops and bakeries and a good diverse...

"The Asian man who worked the reception desk was very accommodating and helpful. The heat was not working properly in my room and he took care of the problem immediately. The man who fixed the heater and cleaned the rooms was very courteous. This hotel is an older hotel but I appreciated that is was small and quiet. I would stay here again! "
