"Nice hotel. Big room and big barhroom. Very good breakfast. Cheap parking. Just not good customer services. I've sent an email to the hotel requesting a service and I never received any answer. I requested the service on the check-in and I was ignored. "

"Had a lovely day out at the nearby zoo and this hotel was very convenient to be able to stay close by and enjoy a mini break. The staff and service was brilliant and really friendly. The hotel is a little tired in places but the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Disappointed that the swimming pool was closed during our stay but it didn't affect our overall experience. Food in the restaurant was lovely and breakfast was also really good with lots to choose from. Would recommend "
