"Perfectly good hotel for a few nights if working in the area. "

"I booked this hotel because they state they have available parking. They don't!!! "Available parking" is a street parking which one must search in streets around the hotel. After a long working day, I spent half an hour looking for an available parking space and, after I didn't find it, I had to park in a garage 1km away and carry my baggage to the hotel. When I attempted to communicate with the hotel both through Orbitz and directly to see if I could get a refund, partial, refund, or postpone my reservation until next year, my queries were met with silence.
