"Well kept boutique hotel with beach and restaurants across the street. Parking pass nearby helpful though not guaranteed. Nice continental breakfast which you can also eat outside on the patio between building. Coffee or tea available all hours. Use the provided ear plugs if you have rooms facing the street. Tends to be noisy late night and early morning."
