"It is not clear where to meet the shuttle . We ended up paying for a cab as communication with the hotel wasnt adequate as the hotel cannot connect with people over seas . The hotel its self and staff were brilliant though . I had a meltdown at not being able to book the shuttle , the staf remained calm . There were wine and buiscuits and crisps and water in the room. That is a lovely touch "

"Jayden (managing everything) was magnificent, 10/10. Delayed escaping after dark from the airport precinct to Highway 1, northern was a nightmare (entirely Sixt car rentals fault, not SA) was not a good start. Negotiating stairs to our room not the greatest, and bathroom/toilet pretty tight / skinny, but everything worked well. Remember to keep the B/R door shut at night, as the constant activity from the across - the road rail crossing gates is unreal. But overall, good value and thanks...
